Ideal for business travelers and families with teenage children. Our home is not "childproof" but with that being said, all are welcome.

We even love dogs with a 10 pounds per day per dog surcharge. Sorry, no cats!

The front door is equipped with a RING doorbell, this is the only video security system we have on the property. Our home is tastefully appointed with furnishings from NEXT HOME.

We are within walking distance of Tynemouth Longsands, Tynemouth Village, and spectacular Cullercoats Bay.

The space

Our home is extremely bright with picture windows front and rear. In our living room, we have a Sony TV anD audio system, as well as wifi.

Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee gazing out over our expansive private garden as you soak up the sun as you read your Kindle, iPad, newspaper or your favorite novel.

Look inside either ottoman you might find a surprise!

The upstairs bedrooms provide privacy and comfort as you regroup after a long day of sightseeing, shopping or strolling along the Longsands taking in the ocean breeze.

Guest access

Our guests have access to the entire home and private garden. The garage is off-limits.

Other things to note

We have a very large private garden, great for the kids to kick a ball around and if you bring along your 4-legged family member, please make sure you pick up after them.
